Vikas Bapat - Director

In two decades as an IT consultant, Vikas Bapat has worked with U.S. business interests ranging from civil organizations, like the Chicago Police Department, to major corporations including Big Four accounting firm Ernst & Young, and software giant Oracle. He spent many years stateside, working in the competitive, big-city environments of Denver, Minneapolis, and Chicago, with the majority of his freelance career spent in the Windy City. A multi-dimensional IT professional, Vikas is experienced in various industry segments including B2B marketplace, manufacturing (ERP) and utilities, especially using Oracle/SQL Server databases. In every role, from project lead to technical lead, technical architect and technical analyst jobs, he continually expanded and refined his considerable skill in delivering information technology solutions. Vikas also gained significant exposure to the work culture and best practices of highly successful international companies.

Rahul Khinvasara - Director

Over the course of his career in IT consulting and product development, Rahul Khinvasara has worked with top-tier clients around the world including Merck, Eli Lilly, Media One, General Motors, Kraft Foods, Nationwide Acceptance Corporation, and Bristol Myers Squib. His considerable achievements in the uber-competitive information technology industry—which include a management stint with Ernst and Young, LLP— are not surprising. Rahul comes from a family of successful entrepreneurs and businessmen—it’s in his blood. After living and working six years in the U.S., Rahul and his family felt the call of home and returned to India. Ready to take the proverbial leap, he joined forces with another experienced IT professional and the new partners leveraged their collective knowledge and business experience to launch zCon Solutions. Rahul Khinvasara together, with co-founder Vikas Bapat, built zCon into a leading software product engineering consulting and development enterprise, offering expertise to serve both creators and users of information technology. Over the last 10+ years their thriving company, zCon has built, supported and implemented various technology products, with a focused emphasis on healthcare, finance, mobile, retail and social networking.

Chitra Markale - HR Head

Chitra possesses an exceptional blend of left-brain and right-brain skillsets typically located at opposite ends of the professional spectrum. She combines the keen intelligence and analytical ability of a computer science engineer with the empathy, compassion, and understanding of a counselor or social worker. It is this unique combination of character traits that make Chitra the ideal human resources manager for a thriving, fast-growing IT company. Earning a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Chitra laid a solid foundation for a career in the IT industry. She relocated to New York to pursue her master’s degree in computer science and, after completing the master’s program she spent the next six years working as a senior software developer for a Connecticut-based interactive media company.

Edwin C. Winder - Advisor

Edwin joined zCon Solutions as Advisor and with his extensive experience in Sales and Strategy currently helping zCon Solutions for market positioning in the Enterprise Solutions Services market in North America. The founder of FlexPoint Global, Edwin is an information technology industry veteran with many years of proven executive leadership. Prior to FlexPoint Global, Ed served as Executive Vice President of KeyTone Technologies with a focus on sales, marketing, and corporate development. Prior to KeyTone, Ed served as CEO of Clearpace Software (now RainStor), then the UK based Big Data software company and provided sales and management consulting services to clients through Winder & Associates.

Over the period of the last four decades, Mr. Ashok Ranade has been working in the Business World with a great amount of knowledge and commitment towards his work. Long back in 1973, he graduated from IIT Bombay, and further in 1975 completed his Master's degree in Business administration from the University of Pune. Later in 1977, he became the Graduate member of the Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering. Even after so much of academic achievements he decided to pursue an Executive Diploma in Systems Management in IIM Ahmedabad. Further, he completed various certifications in SAP Associate, SCM Procurement, MCP, Enterprise Project Management and Supply Chain Management. He has worked with plentiful companies in India, the USA, and Canada in the last 40 years of his life. For the last 18 years, he has been working in various training, consulting and management positions for implementation and support of ERP systems in the USA and Canada.

Ajay Ajnadkar - Delivery Manager

Ajay Ajnadkar brings to the table, Account Management expertise and manages delivery for a few large accounts at zCon with the key responsibility of client management, operations, and special projects. For one of the white-labeled account, he also performs the role of India Operations head.
He has over 26 years of experience in the IT industry, out of which 18+ years with IBM, and has worked with clients like American Express, General Motors, Hertz Car Rentals, NiSource and Duke Energy.
His experience also includes a three years explicit risk Management stint with  IBM Canada, where he was responsible for reviewing proposals above 1M USD, and providing a Risk Rating based on viability, feasibility, capability, and profitability. This impacted the PTI, GP, and contingencies to be baked into the proposal.
He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Pune University, earned his PMI certification in 2003 and was certified trainer for “Experienced to Expert” Training at IBM.

Ameya Gadre - Delivery Manager

Being a delivery manager at zCon, Ameya plays a significant part in the project and product delivery management, which includes everything right from Presales, Solutioning, initiation of the project, relationships with all major stakeholders, uninterrupted headway of the project and accomplishment of the project. His myriad knowledge of Information and Technology, Systems management avails an advantage to him to drive projects techno functionally.
A graduate in Business Administration, Ameya is also certified in Systems Management and is a post-graduate in Information Technology.
Prior to joining zCon, Ameya has 19 years of experience in delivering large scale programs in IT Software, Product development and Product testing for large, medium and small firms in Healthcare IT, e-Governance, Education, Finance and Accounting domains with end to end SDLC. Ameya has worked with marque clients across domains in various capacities right from Requirement gathering, analysis, Product / Project development, and implementation & Support.

Pritesh Ostwal - Delivery Manager

As a Delivery Manager at zCon, Pritesh plays an essential role in building and maintaining zCon’s client relationships, and ensuring the smooth progression of projects, from inception to completion. His hands-on, customer-centric style and reputation as a multi-talented problem solver has earned him positions of increasing responsibility during his 13-year tenure with the company.
Pritesh excels at learning a client’s expectations and objectives to build a solid understanding of their core business and sees challenges from the clients' point of view. His effective client interaction helps in laying a foundation for successful project architecture, and zCon’s program managers depend on Pritesh to facilitate this.
Pritesh holds a degree in Electronics And Telecommunication.

Charuhas Khopkar

Charuhas is a Senior Management Consultant and Advisor at zCon with more than 3 decades of experience in the Software industry. He is responsible for growth strategy, transformation management, integrated systems & processes, human capital.
Prior to zCon, he has worked with various organizations like ICIM (now Zensar), TCS, Minicomp, and in AFTEK in the senior-most role of SBU management. For the past 8 years, he has been consulting SMEs to overcome their growth challenges. The business domains he had consulted so far are Software Development, ITeS, and Education in the areas of growth strategy formulation, transformation management, operational excellence, product management, human capital management, learning & development. He has played a similar role for a Ngo working in the area of social welfare.
Academically, he is a CSQA with a degree in Electrical engineering from NIT, Kurukshetra, Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Management from Symbiosis, Pune and a Master's degree in Management Studies (Marketing) from Pune University. He has undergone various training like ISO QMS Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Black Belt.

Sujay Gondkar

Expertise - Managed Testing Services, Test Automation, Performance testing
Sujay has 23+ Years of Experience in the IT Industry, mainly in the Testing area. He has successfully Implemented Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) across various lines of businesses for one of the leading banks in US. He has planned and managed multiple projects and programs of strategic nature, achieving tough targets of TCO reduction, productivity improvements and stringent SLA.
He has worked with organizations like Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Vodafone and served clients like Bank of America, Sun Trust Bank, Wachovia bank to name the few. He was heading the Testing line of service for Vodafone Captive in India.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics, is PMP certified since 2005. He has Completed CSTE certification from QAI, the USA in 2005 and the Diploma in Financial Services from The Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland

Sudhir Gadgil

Sudhir leads the pre-sales activities in zCon. He has over two decades of experience in the IT industry in the areas of web apps, mobile apps, cloud, big data, and transaction processing systems, using Java and other Open Source technologies.
As Head - Pre-sales of zCon, he responds to RFPs, creates proposals, and interacts with clients on all fronts. With his varied experience, he creates tailor-made solutions, liaises with clients' IS and delivery teams, and runs with the project throughout its life cycle.
As an engineer, Sudhir started his career in TCS where he worked predominantly on BFSI projects. He later promoted his own software product companies. Prior to zCon, he managed deliveries for large OSS and BSS projects at Tech Mahindra.

Parag Kandekar

Parag Kandekar heads Marketing at zCon Solutions. He has 17+ years of experience in customer acquisition, customer relationship management, managing business units and P&L, business strategy for market entry and expansion.
In his current capacity, Parag is responsible for the overall marketing strategy at zCon. As a member of the core team at zCon, he participates in business strategy, capability & brand building and management initiatives.
Parag has earlier worked with SEED, TDG. He holds a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering & a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Pune. Parag is also certified in Project Management (PMP) and Scale Agile Framework (SAFe Agilist)

Walmik Pawar

Walmik heads Accounts and Administration at zCon.
He has been with zCon since its inception and has had a multi-functional role. He has 13+ years of experience and successfully performed multiple roles as per need to take zCon at the next level.
Currently, he is responsible for Accounts, Payroll processing, Facility Management, General Administration, MIS, Vendor Management, and Procurement to Pay. He also handles government and tax compliance.
He manages client billing, which includes master service agreements, work orders, and Accounts Receivable.
He holds a degree in Information Technology.

Nitin Chavan

Nitin heads the Network and System Administrator function at zCon.
He has been with zCon since its inception and has had a multi-functional role. Currently, he is responsible for IT systems, server and network security and performance, disaster recovery and business continuity planning, licenses and compliances, software asset management, on-premise, and cloud infrastructure, configurations and management, diagnosis and troubleshooting.
He has over 16 years of experience in technical support which covers installations and upgrades, routine automation, training, and technical support in Windows, Linux and Macintosh OSs.
Nitin holds a degree in Network and Systems Administration from Pune University.
